To ensure the timely and efficient completion of your project, we have established a clear revision policy for each of our packages. This policy outlines the number of revisions included, what constitutes a revision, and how additional revisions will be handled.

Revision Limits by Package:

  1. Foundation Package:
    • Includes up to 2 revisions.
  2. Growth Package:
    • Includes up to 3 revisions.
  3. Premier Package:
    • Includes up to 4 revisions.

Definition of a Revision:

A “revision” is defined as a single round of changes or feedback provided by the client after reviewing the work. This may include adjustments to design elements, text edits, or any other modifications requested within the scope of the project.

Revision Process:

  • Initial Review: After the first draft of any deliverable (e.g., company profile, logo, social media setup) is presented, the client will have the opportunity to review and request changes within the included revision limits.
  • Feedback Submission: All revision requests must be submitted in writing (via email or designated project management tool) and should be as specific as possible to ensure accurate and efficient adjustments.
  • Turnaround Time: We aim to implement revisions within 3-5 business days, depending on the complexity of the changes requested.

Additional Revisions:

  • If additional revisions are requested beyond the included limit, they will be billed at a rate of $150.00 per revision.
  • All additional revisions will require approval before work begins, ensuring transparency and mutual agreement on any extra costs.

Scope of Revisions:

  • Revisions are intended to refine and perfect the existing work based on initial project scope and brief. Any requests that fall outside the original scope of work, such as significant changes to design concepts or entirely new elements, may be considered out of scope and subject to additional fees.

Final Approval:

  • Once the revision limit is reached and all changes have been implemented, final approval will be requested. At this point, the project will be considered complete, and any further changes will be billed as additional work.
