Refund Policy for Creations by Pam Moultrie


Thank you for shopping at Creations by Pam Moultrie. We take pride in the quality of our custom artwork, wearable art pieces, and digital products. However, we understand that there may be instances where you need to return a product. Please review our refund policy below:

1. Custom Artwork and Wearable Art Pieces:
– Refunds are only available for made-to-order items if there is a defect in the product upon receipt.
– The refund period for eligible returns is 30 days from the date of delivery.
– Products must be inspected within 7 days of delivery. If there is any defect, a notification must be made via email within 7 days of delivery.
– After notification of the defect, the product must be mailed within the 30-day period of when it was received.
– Customers are responsible for shipping costs associated with returning products for repairs.
– We do not offer refunds for products received late due to shipping problems beyond our control.

2. Digital Products:
– Once a digital downloadable product has been purchased and downloaded, it is not eligible for a refund.
– Please ensure that you review product descriptions and specifications carefully before making a purchase.

To initiate a refund or report a defect in a made-to-order item, please contact our customer service team at within the 30-day refund period. Please provide your order number and a detailed description of the issue. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
