The inside of the bag is laminated with a clear coating of PVC to make water resistant. With soft cotton over-the-shoulder web handles long enough to go over your shoulder. It’s perfect for carrying to the beach or around town while you’re running errands. The graphic design is made with heat transfer vinyl.
